1. Rules & Regulations

1.1 Eligibility

PetSmart® & Nutrience Contest. No purchase necessary. Limit one entry per person/household/email address per day during the contest period.

Additional entries will be granted to all Treats™ members by purchasing any Nutrience SubZero® dog or cat food during the contest period, at any participating PetSmart® store across Canada.

Registrants must be Canadian residents in a province who are over the age of majority in their province of residence, at the time of entry (excluding Quebec).

Employees, representatives and agents of PetSmart Inc. & Rolf C. Hagen Inc. and its affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, children, parents and siblings) and those living in the same household of such employees, representatives and agents are not eligible to enter.

Enter the contest at www.forcanadianpets.com, submit the form and agree to our terms & conditions for a chance to win the grand prize (value up to $2000, voucher certificate) or any of the 4 additional prizes. The grand prize is valued in Canadian currency.

1.2 Promotional Period

Contest starts at 12:00 PM EST on June 1st, 2019 and ends at 11:59 AM EST on July 31st, 2019.

1.3 Prize(s)

One grand prize winner and 4 additional winners will be announced within 15 business days following the closing date of the contest. Winner(s) of prize(s) will be determined in a random drawing from all entries received. 

The prize(s) must be accepted as awarded, and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash. Prize(s) are not transferable. *Federal, provincial and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Rolf C. Hagen Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal value if a prize (or any portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason.

Nutrience® manufacturer's coupons will be awarded to prize winners, under the SubZero® product line exclusively. *All coupons will be mailed directly to the winner's address (provided) to cover the awarded prize and to be redeemed at his/her convenience.��

1.4 Winner(s)

The winner(s) will be selected randomly after contest period ends and will be announced on the Nutrience® social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc) as well as in www.petsmart.ca/nutrience landing page.

Rolf C. Hagen Inc. will contact the winner(s) by telephone and/or email. If the potential winner(s) cannot be contacted within the 15 following business days after the conclusion of the contest to claim their prize, this prize will be awarded to a second winner via draw. PetSmart & Rolf C. Hagen Inc. will not share your information to any 3rd party.

Winners will be announced on/or around August 5th, 2019.

1.5 Winner(s)

No purchase necessary for online entry. Limit one entry per person/household/email address per day.

All prize winner(s) cannot redeem the prize for cash or transfer it in any way. On the occasion that the grand prize winner is unable to redeem the prize (for any reason) the monetary value will not be paid to the winner nor will an alternate prize be provided.

Additional entries for the contest are applicable only when purchasing any Nutrience SubZero® food in a Petsmart store, including dry food, wet food and treats for either dog or cat.

2. Terms & Conditions

Thank you for participating in our contest.
What you need to know:

• Participation in this contest indicates your agreement with the contest's Privacy Policy.
• This contest period starts at 12:00 PM EST on June 1st, 2019 and ends at 11:59 AM EST on July 31st, 2019. We reserve the right to modify or supplement the terms or conditions of this contest at any time, without notice.
• This contest is open to Canadian residents at Canadian addresses only (except the province of Quebec).
• Participants must register at www.forcanadianpets.com, to be eligible for a chance to win under the rules & regulations of this contest and provide all information required.
• Additional entries can be granted by purchasing any Nutrience SubZero® dog or cat food during the contest period, at any participating PetSmart® store across Canada.
• The grand prize winner, second prize winner and 3 tertiary winners should allow 5 to 10 business days to claim their prize. Winners will be announced on/or around August 5th, 2019.
• Nutrience® manufacturer's coupons will be awarded under the SubZero® product line exclusively. *All coupons will be mailed directly to the winner's address (provided) to cover the awarded prize and to be redeemed at his/her convenience.
• By completing your information and pressing the 'Submit' button on the contest page, you agree to share your information and be contacted by PetSmart Inc. & Rolf C. Hagen Inc.

Nutrience® products are sold in many cities or provinces through retailers, distributors and licensees. Availability of any products displayed or described in this site is subject to the supply of each particular retailer, distributor or licensee. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at the sole discretion of Rolf C. Hagen Inc. In addition, not all of the products shown on the website are available in all stores.

By participating in the Contest, each participant acknowledges and agrees that PetSmart, Inc., its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates ("PetSmart") are in no way responsible for the administration of the Contest, the selection of winners, or the fulfillment of the prize. By participating in the Program, each participant releases and agrees to indemnify PetSmart and Rolf C. Hagen Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates, and hold the parties harmless from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of the Grand Prize or Secondary Prizes.
